Thanks for bringing this one to our attention. Let me address your deposit concern so you can get back to business,zach-titanconcep.

When a transaction/deposit is displaying a withheld status, this means that Intuit is holding the funds and conducting a review on them. You'll receive an email notification explaining all we need to move forward. This will be sent to the contact email address on file. Also, here are some possible reasons placed on hold:

  • When your payment processing exceeds the established maximum dollar amount expected on your account.
  • When a transaction is processed after several authorization attempts and failures.
  • When certain transactions require verification of your business type to ensure it is compliant with the Intuit Acceptable Use Policy.
  • When our systems identify processing patterns that pose a risk to any of the parties involved: You, your customer, or Intuit.

You can check the junk or spam folder if you're not receiving it. Then, follow the detailed instructions in the email. If you aren't seeing any about it, please contact our Payments Support Phone Team. They'll help you with determining the details of the transaction and why it is still on hold. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate the cause of this odd behavior.

The system places deposits on hold to ensure nothing happens to it during processing. For more details about this, you can check this article:
