Why is my bank transfer from my bank to QuickBooks checking still pending? My bank shows the money was moved but still pending on QuickBooks checking.

I'm here to share some information about transferring funds from external bank account to QuickBooks Checking account. 

 

Funding times are determined by the speed with which your external bank processes the transfer. But, transferring money into your QuickBooks Checking account takes about 3 business days on average. 

 

To get more details about your QuickBooks Checking transfers, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Business overview and choose Cash flow.
  2. In the Recent activity section, select View all.
  3. Select Money in to filter the list

I transferred on the 12th and it’s the 17th today, it still shows on QuickBooks that it’s pending and it shows on my bank account its been moved. What needs to be done? Also, I decided to use the QuickBooks checking account to avoid the transfer fee I was getting each time my customer paid me. I still got a transfer fee. What’s that about?

Requested transfer in Quickbooks on 7/1

Bank transferred funds on 7/3

7/10 and still shown as pending in Qbooks !!

Hello there, @azuponics. We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out so you can get the funds in your bank account.

 

As my colleague mentioned, money moves into your QuickBooks Checking account over 3 business days. I advise getting in touch with our Customer Support Team as it has passed the allotted period and is still listed as pending in QuickBooks. To make sure you'll get the money, they have tools that can check the progress of the bank transfer.
