Why is my check deposit says its in research? What seems to be the problem?

Let's investigate why the check deposit says it's in research status, Ahlvin.

 

It's possible the check deposit is not yet posted on your account. To check the status of processed deposits from QuickBooks Online (QBO), just follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
  2. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
  3. You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.

If there's an issue with a deposit why it is still in research status, I'd suggest contacting our Merchant Services Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with this one. You may send them a message via chat or call them at a time convenient to you.
