Why is my credit card bank feed is duplicated in the review section?

American express card transactions are duplicating in the "for review" feed

Good morning, @mary-glowcarwash

 

I looked at our backend, and there are no ongoing investigations for duplicated transactions in the review section. With that said, I wanted to cover some steps to delete duplicate transactions. 

 

  1. Open the transaction.
  2. Go to the More tab, then select Delete.
  3. Hit Yes to confirm the action.
  4. Repeat the steps for other transactions.

 

However, for extra precaution, I recommend clearing the cache from your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your transactions. I've included links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

 

After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.
