Why is my deposit on hold for my quick books checking?

Thank you for sharing this in the Community, twenty4companies. I'm here to explain why your QuickBooks checking deposit may be on hold to assist you with your pending payments.

 

Know that your transaction or account has been placed on hold to protect you and the payee while it is being processed on our end. QuickBooks may also request additional documents to complete the reviewing process and release the payments. Additionally, when an account is on hold. Typically, you'll receive an email notification. The email contains information and instructions for removing the hold. If you can't find any emails related to accounts on hold, you can check your Spam folder and email settings. Here's an article you can refer to for more details about finding out why funds are on hold.

 

You may also reach out directly to our Payments Support team. One of them can review your account and check why it's put on hold. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Tap Get a callback.
