Why is my new Chase credit card not brining in transactions for review? It only shows the current balance.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support and letting us know the update of your bank transactions. I'm happy to lend a hand with bringing them into QuickBooks. 

 

When connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online, there are instances when some financial institutions won't automatically update the transactions for you. In this case, we recommend our users manually update to bring in the transactions. I've included some steps to manually update below. 

 

  1. Click on the Banking menu. 
  2. In the upper-right corner, hit Update

That's all there is to it. You can check out Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online for more details.
