Why is my payment not depositing

I had a client pay an invoice on the 17th and it isn't depositing into my bank. What is going on

I have some details about why this is happening to guide you on what to do, Hello.

 

We deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment. This takes a little bit longer while we are still in the process of setting up your merchant account. After that, payments will be deposited within 2 to 3 business days. However, this still varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process

 

You can try checking out the deposit later on the 23rd since it's the fifth day. Please know transactions are processed only on business days. If the payment is still not deposited, I suggest contacting our support team so they can take a look at your account. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
    Note: If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.
    • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
    • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
