If you're referring to your payroll service, there's a possibility that it's on hold for insufficient funds. Here's what you need to do.
Look in your email for a message with the subject "Important: Urgent issue with the payroll account for [Business name]".
Once you find the email, it will explain everything you need to know and any documents you need to send. If you have paper copies, you can take photos of them with your phone. Make sure they are high-quality and clear enough to read.
Once we receive your documents, we'll review your case. You'll get an email back from us within two business days letting you know once the hold is removed.
If you didn't receive an email, please contact our Live Support Team from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. They'll be able to provide additional information if you have more concerns about the hold.
