Why is qb not syncing? I save estimates on my phone that can't be seen on another phone?

Thank you for joining the Community, dieselsmechanica. Let's make sure both of your devices are synchronized.

 

Any task you complete or information you save in the app should appear on the other device, and vice versa.

 

If the data from one of your mobile devices isn't syncing, we can perform troubleshooting steps to clear the cache app data in your phone settings. This allows us to update your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

For Android

  1. From More Options ⋮, go to Settings.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Click on Yes.

 

For iOS:

  1. Choose the QuickBooks Online app from the list.
  2. Go to Menu ☰, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data,
  4. Click on Refresh.

 

Reopen the app and log back into your QuickBooks Online account once completed.

 

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to start in a clean slate. Just make sure you use the same credentials when you sign in again.
