Why is QuickBooks breaking the iOS app every other week??? Now I can’t make a deposit. They removed the + button to add a deposit??!!!

Thanks for letting us know of your experience while using the ios mobile apps, @athensohio45701. I'm here to help you check and identify what's causing the + icon to disappear. 

 

First off, let's refresh the app data to clear its cache. This will help us restore the application to its default settings to open the Bank Deposit tab in your QuickBooks Online app.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

Then, try to create a bank deposit

 

Just in case this unexpected hitch persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Online Support Team. They can help check your account information and provide you with additional workarounds for you to use the QBO app without any issues. 

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest you use a regular browser to access your QuickBooks Online account to create a bank deposit.
