Why is Tab no longer advancing to the next line?

All of a sudden (as of May 1, 2024?) when entring multiple lines on a  deposit, Tab takes me to the memo field, not to the next line.  This is VERY time consuming and annoying - is anyone else experiencing this?

I understand that using the tab key to move to the next line when entering multiple lines on a deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is important. As a workaround, you can manually click the correct line.

 

 It appears that this issue had a previous investigation (INV-104271) that was resolved, but since it's still occurring, I suggest contacting our support team. They will securely access your account and provide possible solutions to address your concern. To contact our support team, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
