Why isn’t my Relay (Thread Bank) Account syncing to QuickBooks? It doesn’t show as a bank, and I’m not seeing transactions. How do I fix this?

I’ve added my Bank (Thread Bank) which hosts multiple bank accounts, and when QuickBooks asks to associate categories with them, there is an error stating that there is already an account associated with that category. I want to be able to see all transactions from these accounts in QuickBooks, and I have not been able to. Please help me

To start, you can refresh your web browser and then try to access your Relay account once again in QBO. Then, if you encounter the same error when categorizing your data, I'd suggest logging into your QBO account using a private browser. It restricts websites from using cookies and doesn't record any data history.

 

To open the incognito mode, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
