It's a pleasure to have you here, @jcjc1226. Let me provide some information about importing transactions in QuickBooks.

When you first connect your banks and credit cards, QuickBooks Self-Employed downloads the 30 to 90 days of transactions. If your bank data are older, then, this will not be imported into your account.

What we can do is manually import them into your account. To do this, we need to export the transactions from your bank and then import them into QuickBooks.

First, take note of the oldest transaction date in the account to avoid duplicates. Then, export the transactions from your bank.

  1. Log in to your bank’s website.
  2. Follow your bank’s steps to download your transactions as a CSV file. This is usually a button or link on your account page.
  3. Set the date range for at least one day before the oldest transaction in the account in QuickBooks.
  4. Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.

When you're ready to import, open QuickBooks Self-Employed and proceed to the following steps:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Click Settings ⚙ and select Imports.
  3. Choose Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions to.
  4. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Choose the file and select Open to start the import.
  6. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks.
  7. Click Continue to complete the import.

Then, review what you imported to check for any duplicate transactions.

When you're done, review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts.

Don't hesitate to add comment below if you need further assistance with importing bank transactions. I'll keep an eye on this thread and get back with more information. Have a good day!
