You'll want to log in to your merchant account to review the status of your funds. Go to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/ and log in from there. Then, from the Activity & Reports menu, select Deposits.

 

In addition, Intuit protects both parties involved in the payment process. If there's a need for verification, you'll receive a notification or email about it. It'd also be best to seek some help from our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. They have the complete tools needed to see what's going on with your funds.
