I can share some information on how we handle your bank transactions, @tammy83.
Try to check with your bank how you're bank transactions are going to be posted. The connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO) is read-only. This means that QBO will show what we can pick from the account.
To resolve this, you can go to your bank accounts page to exclude those payments that are showing as Deposits and then manually update your bank again.
Here's how to exclude those transactions:
Go to the Banking menu on the left panel.
Choose Banking tab.
Check the box beside the transactions you want to exclude.
Click the Batch actions drop-down and choose to Exclude Selected.
