Why weekly pay deposits are not shown in date order. Example one deposit will be from the 15 the next deposit from the 8th the next deposit from the 29th then the 22nd?

Although QB Payments combines all the payments processed that day into a single deposit each day, how your weekly pay deposit date is ordered can be affected by payment deposit schedules or payment issues that were resolved at a later time. Also, please know credit card payments have their own deposit schedule.

Moreover, if this is the case, this won't affect how you categorize your transactions when reviewing transactions that are cleared in your bank account on the Bank transactions page.
