Why won't Quickbooks connect with Woodforest National Bank any more?

Hello, @hairsm.

 

Because this is not a bank with an automatic transfer to QuickBooks, you'll have to use the web connector to upload your banking transactions. Here's how:

  1. Download the installer.
  2. Right-click the installer download, then choose Extract All.
  3. In the extracted folder, right-click the .exe file, then choose Run as Administrator.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

If you already have been using the web connector, can you provide the following information?

  • What method were you using to connect to Woodforest?
  • Are you receiving any errors?
  • When did you start having issues?

Is your bank listed in QB Online? Have you tried open your QBO account on private/incognito browser?
