Help has arrived, @userkdavis.

I'm here to share some insights about the factors that lead the bank rule to quite adding transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Know that only 1000 worth of transactions can be auto-added at a time. The system will throw an exception if it exceeds the limit. I recommend checking the number of transactions to see if it's causing the issue.

If the entries are less than 1000, then it's possible that the rule created was damaged. To fix this, you may delete and recreate the rule to refresh the settings.

Here's how:

  1. From left menu, click on Banking.
  2. Go to the Rules tab.
  3. Look for the rule then click the drop-down arrow beside Edit
  4. Select Delete and Yes to confirm.

If the same thing happens, I recommend contacting our Support Team. This way our engineers further investigate the root cause of this matter and apply a fix.
