Whys is 6 months of bank transactions missing from bank register?

Cannot get bank transactions to come over. I have clicked "update" over and over. Checked all Categorized, For Review, Exclude and Bank Register and no transactions between April 2nd and Oct 30th can be found.

You can only download transactions for the last 90 days into QBO. Ask the file or download it from your bank to import into your QBO account. Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround.  It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
