Hello, Justin.

Let me offer guidance to make your records accurate to avoid confusion in linking your Shopify to QuickBooks Online.

To ensure a smooth process, I recommend importing your Shopify transactions starting from today's date. This approach will help you avoid potential issues. If you identify any duplicates during the import, you can easily match them to maintain the accuracy of your records.

For more information on linking your Shopify account to QuickBooks, please refer to this helpful article: Shopify for QuickBooks Online.

I synced the two together and it matched up the transactions (deposits in my checking account) now I have a Shopify order that I received by Venmo for payment. I made the sales order and the expense for the fees like Shopify stats to do but now I don’t see a way to match the two together the deposit j got to my checking account
