Will I be able to deposit a paper check into QuickBooks but the deposit screen says "in research". It's been 2 weeks now since I opened, when will this be available?

I have same issue and I cannot take screen shot due to security policy. I have attached the instructions to get to the deposit check using mobile app.

I want to ensure you can deposit a paper check into QuickBooks, Thorindog. 

 

To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify if you encountered any error messages when opening your QBO account. Any extra information is much appreciated.

 

In the meantime, when QuickBooks has unexpected behavior, let's try resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state. Before doing so, let's ensure that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is updated as well as your phone's OS. It helps your application work continuously without interruptions. 

 

Here's how:

 

For iOs devices:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. In your QBO mobile app, select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Click Yes.
