Will I be able to reconnect my bank accounts to BECU's new business banking URL without upgrading my QBO plan?

Originally, BECU's personal banking URL included their business accounts. I had my QBO connected to BECU. Now that BECU created a business-specific URL, QBO will not let me connect my bank accounts because BECU uses foreign currency and I currently use the Simple Plan...why could I connect to BECU personal before (they still accepted foreign currency), but not now with the new business URL? Thanks in advance!

Let's get your online banking connected, Littlefoot1. 

 

Multicurrency isn't available in QuickBooks Simple Start.  However, you can upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription so you can start tracking your foreign currency transactions.

 

After researching further, I've discovered there's an ongoing investigation with the BECU business account. This means that other customers are having this same issue. Our Product Engineers are working hard to get this resolved. 

 

I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to get added to a list of affected users. This will allow you to receive updates via email about this investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
