I'm here to ensure that you can print the check or deposit, @GEORGE1936.

I've got easy steps on how to print the refund check and rent deposit in QuickBooks Online seamlessly.

You can find all your customer's transactions by going to their profile. From there, you have an option to print the data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales tab on the left side.
  2. Choose Customer and click the name.
  3. Select Transaction list, then pick All transactions in the Filter field.
  4. Click the small drop-down perpendicular to the refund receipt and select Print

You can also run the Transaction List by Customer report, then customize it. From there, you can print, email, and export the data. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Choose Reports and find the report.
  2. Click Customize and choose the appropriate filter in the fields.
  3. Tap Run report
  4. Click the Print icon located on the top right.

If you're unable to print the refund receipt or the rent deposit, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to get this sort out. To begin, access your account through incognito. These browsers won't save any cache history. You may use the shortcut keys below:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

From there, print the form again to verify if it's already performing well. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to remove previously-stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a good option also.

If the issue keeps going, I'd suggest updating your Adobe to get rid of the problem. For the complete instructions, check out this article: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

Feel easy to check out these articles below about memorizing reports, handling customer statements, payments, and other related matters.

Feel at ease to drop a comment below if you have more questions about printing forms. I'd be glad to help. Take care.
