I am using QB online and I added a bunch of planned expenses and they were gone 3 days later.

Hi there, @ heparick.

Let me provide information about the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online.

Only categorized and uncategorized transactions, as well as transactions manually uploaded via a CSV file, are included in chart planner. Credit card transactions, transactions manually entered into QuickBooks, and multicurrency transactions will not be included.

Additionally, If you want to select the data you want to see in your planner, you can customize it. Here’s how you can change your planner’s preferences.

  1. Go to Business overview or Cash flow then select Planner .
  2. On the planner page, select the small gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select your preference.
  4. Select Save.
