Will someone please explain what the red exclamation mark with a message saying unable to withdraw funds means! please

As much as I'd love to offer help and share how you can withdraw funds and understand the message prompt, we've got separate support who can address this in no time.

That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up the account on file and explain what is the message prompt all about. To do so:

1. Go to Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a few words describing the message prompt in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Continue.
5. Choose a channel where you wish to connect with our dedicated support.
