I have a question, when I transfer money through Zelle from my business account to my personal account, does QuickBooks consider it as new money coming in or is it the same money but in a different place?

Hello There! Let me answer this for you.

Moving your money through Zelle from your business to your personal account is considered a transfer of funds from one account to another. QuickBooks will reflect this transaction as such, and it will not be considered as new money coming in.

You may categorize it as a transfer to keep track of the movement of funds. This ensure that your financial statements accurately displays your real life business transactions.
