Reconciling your books ensure the accuracy of your financial records, kasia.

I'm here to share insights on how your reconciliations will move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

After migrating, all your reconciled transactions in the register will have an in the Check () column. On the other hand, the cleared transactions will have C. For visual reference, I've added a screenshot below.

Also, please note that your past reconciliation won't be transferred to the online version. Usually, if you encounter discrepancies, we can manually add the missing transactions. Then, reconcile the account.

Alternatively, you can try migrating your data again. Converting a second time can fix errors and data problems.

Lastly, I encourage checking our Getting Started Guide to help set up your newly converted company file in QuickBooks Online.

Keeping your books accurate after migrating is our goal. Please keep us posted if you need additional assistance managing your accounts, navigating the program, or utilizing the features.
