Question

Am been asked to reconnect my bank a/c....have done and received the message 'sucess connected'. However I continously keep getting asked to reconnect my a/c???????

This isn't the kind of impression that we'd like you to have. We know how much time it can take when something isn’t fixed when connecting the bank account.

 

 May I know which specific financial institution you're using? I'd thank any further details so I can provide accurate information.

 

In the meantime, I recommend logging in your QuickBooks account using another supported browser. This is to confirm if you get the same issue and to verify if this is a browser issue.
