Bank account wont allow me to link after being already linked

I go through the linking process and get to the "which account do you want to link" page. The account is there, its greenn ticked,but the green continue button is light green and wont continue even though its selected

Welcome to the Community, @info2168Let's figure out why you can't connect your bank account.

 

First, I'd like to know what bank account you're attempting to link with QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, we can check if there's ongoing maintenance or updates on your bank's end.

 

Second, can you please scroll up a bit to see if you encountered any error message after clicking the Connect button? So we'll know the reason for what's causing the issue.

In the meantime, you can open and try linking your account in a private browser or an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

You can also use other supported browsers for a better experience when using QuickBooks.
