Let's make sure you'll be able to link your bank accounts, steeldocinfo@gma.

There are times, you'll see multiple bank names when you search for your financial institution. You'll want to try other available options matching your bank's name to see if you're able to link the account. To do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking, then Add account.
  2. Search for the bank name and select it from the list. A new window opens for the bank's website.
  3. Make sure you can access your account through this site by verifying that you can see your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
  4. If you access the account successfully, sign out from the financial institution's website and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions in connecting your bank account.

If you're still unable to connect, you can update your bank manually to refresh the connection. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Click the Update button. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions.

However, if non of the steps work above, manually upload transactions from your bank. I've outlined this article for you to be guided: Manually Upload Transactions Into QuickBooks Online

Feel free to let me know if you have any concerns about linking your bank. I'll always be right here to help.
