Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @knospeinfra.

May I know what specific bank you're trying to connect to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Also, are you getting any error messages?

To check if this is a browser-related issue, try signing into your account using a private browser (incognito).

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, try to connect your bank again to double-check. Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Select Connect Account or select Add account or Link account at the top right.
  3. Search for your bank, then tick Continue.
  4. Enter your bank's credentials, then choose accounts you want to connect (savings, current, or credit card).
  5. In the drop-down, pick the account type and set the date range for the download.
  6. Hit Connect to complete.

You may refer to this article for further guidance with the process: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

You can also manually add your transactions by downloading them from your bank's website, then importing them to QBO. I suggest checking out this article for the detailed steps on how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
