I relinked my bank account and it did not load up from 12/4/20 through 12/24/20.

I need some help so that my accountant can reconcile the books.

Thanks for posting @Jodi M,

 

I'll share the steps on how to download your bank transactions. You can upload your transactions manually using a .qbo file or CVS file. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Banking. Then, select the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Tap the Link account drop down and then Upload from file.
  4. Tick Browse and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Next.
  5. In the QuickBooks account drop down, pick the account. Then, Next. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Hit Next.
  6. When you're ready, click Let's go.
