Bank of Ireland connection. Anyone else having issues any time you try re-connecting?

I've checked here on my end and find no reported issues about the connectivity of the Bank of Ireland. 

 

Rest assured I'm here to help and isolate the issue. To begin with, did you receive any error messages? If so, can you share them with me? This way, we can easily narrow down this matter. Any additional details is much appreciated. 

 

Moreover, you might also want to contact your bank and verifying of any updates. It could be there's a maintenance issue that hindrance the connectivity between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

In the meantime, let's manually upload your transactions to get around this issue. I'll show you how. 

 

  1. Sign in to your Bank website and follow the instructions to download the file as QBO, .CSV, or .QFX (maximum file size 350KB).
  2. Ensure to download only those transactions that haven’t been downloaded to your account to avoid duplicates.
  3. Once done, go to the Banking or Transactions menu. 
  4. Select the Link account drop-down menu and then click Upload from file.
  5. Click the Drag and drop or select files box and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down, select your Bank of Ireland, then select Continue.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue
  8. Select the transactions you would like to import and click Continue
  9. Click Yes to import the transaction and select Done
