Banking link no longer works - Customer support fails to resolve the issue.

Our banking no longer links to our Quickbooks Online account after 10-24-22. There were no issues prior to this date. We have had many (almost daily) lengthy phone calls with customer support to resolve the issue. Each representative has tried numerous ways to resolve the issue to no avail. Each time the issue is escalated to engineering, no time is given for an estimate to resolve the issue, and no further contact is made to us by Quickbooks. We have had numerous case numbers listed as resolved, even though this not the case. A recent representative has said that Quickbooks has been in contact with our financial institution (Texan Sky Credit Union). According to the financial institution, no one from Quickbooks has been in contact with them. We have asked to speak to engineering, a manager, a supervisor, etc. and no one will allow us to speak to anyone higher up.  This functionality is part of the reason we chose quickbooks online. Without this functionality, this product no longer meets our needs. We need a resolution, and quickly.

Appreciate you for taking the time to post here.

I understand how hard it is to encounter such an experience in line with your business. And I recognize that your concern with regard to the banking link deserved and required a prompt response. With this, I have asked for updates from our product engineers regarding this issue, and the latest so far is that this is still on a fix. They are currently implementing measures to fix this.

Since the company is already included in the notification list, rest assured that you'll receive an email once more information is available and if the concern has been fixed already.

In the meantime, you'll want to import bank transactions from the Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online. This way, you can start tracking your bank transactions in QuickBooks.

For future reference, read through this article to know how to make sure that your bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks match and are accurate: Reconcile your actual bank statements.

I am aware that this is a trying time for you, and I would be happy to answer any banking-related questions you may have. Have a great day!
