Banking Management

I need to update sign in info for 2 bank accounts, but when I try to log onto the page, the screen pops up and then immediately goes away and leaves a blank white box.  Also when I click on the help button all I get is a blank box and I am not able to type subject or any thing else.

Please HELP!
