It's my pleasure to give you an insight into banks that is not on the list in QuickBooks Online, [email address removed].

 

There are a few possible reasons why you're unable to locate or connect the bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO): 

 

  • Your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts)
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution
  • Search the banking login URL to ensure you are using the exact listing

 

If you're unable to find your bank after confirming the required details above, you can request support for your bank. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. At the upper-right, click Link account.
  2. Search for the bank and click the Request button.
  3. Enter the Bank name and the URL.
  4. Click Request.
