Since Bitrix24 is unavailable on the list of third-party apps you can sync with QuickBooks Online, I suggest contacting their support. This way, they can help you connect it with QBO.

 

Additionally, you can post this in Intuit Developer Support. They can also help you set up your app and connect with your QuickBooks Online Account.
