Allow me to welcome you to the Community, fauziyanajani. I'd be glad to help with your questions about resetting your QuickBooks Online account.

Yes, it is possible to completely purge all of the data in QBO, essentially resetting it to a blank slate. This removes all transaction history, account balances, customer/vendor records, and any other data entered.

Please note that this function is only available for the 60 days of your QBO account. This means that if you recently started a new trial or subscription, you can use this feature to wipe the account clean and start fresh from the beginning.

Let me share these steps with you:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and log in as an admin.
  2. Once you're signed in, open this link. Alternatively, you can go to the URL in your browser's address bar, delete all the text, and enter the following web address instead: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  3. To confirm you want to delete your company data, type Yes.
  4. Select OK, then click Wipe data.

You can read more details about this process here: Delete Your Data and Start Over in QuickBooks Online.

Let me also these resources as additional guidance as you as you start using your new QuickBooks Online account for bookkeeping:

Those articles cover core areas like customizing company settings, setting up charts of accounts, recording initial transactions, generating key reports, and other fundamentals.
