Hello, usersaeed-nahari.

I'm more than happy to help you restore the deleted data from your QuickBooks Online account.

It depends on what data was deleted from your QuickBooks Online account.

If you've inactivated your lists such as customers, suppliers or products and services, you can reactivate them to restore their data.

For customers:

  1. Go to Sales, then click the Customers tab.
  2. Click the small gear icon (above the ACTION column).
  3. Check Include inactive.
  4. Click the Make inactive for the customer with the (deleted) tag.

For suppliers:

  1. Go to Expenses, then click the Suppliers tab.
  2. Click the small gear icon.
  3. Check Include inactive.
  4. Click the Make inactive for the supplier with the (deleted) tag.

Products and services:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then go to Products and services.
  2. Open the Filter button, then set the Status to Inactive.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Click on Make active for the service or items that you want to restore.

If you're referring to your transactions instead, we're unable to restore them as what the prompt warns before deleting. However, you can recreate them with the exact details using the Audit Log report.

Click the Gear icon, then select Audit log. Set the Events to Deleted/Voided transactions and open the deleted events by clicking on View

Take note of the original transaction details, then recreate it.
