As part of our upgrade to open banking connections, customers with Allied Irish Bank (AIB) accounts must re-validate their accounts in QuickBooks. With this, let’s update your bank’s sign-in information so you can successfully reconnect your AIB account in QuickBooks, Mikem

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the bank name.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info, and confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
  4. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
  5. Then select Save and Connect.

If you still can't reconnect your bank, please share any error message you've received. This will help us determine if there's an ongoing investigation.
