Question

Can you please inform me if the ROW: option under Account and settings where the the language can be changed will be resolved by the 28th February 2023?

Currently, this case (INV-83244) is still in progress. We're unable to provide a specific timeframe when this issue will be resolved. Rest assured that our engineers are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once we have an update, our team will send out notification emails. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose a way to connect.
