Did you receive an error message while trying to reach the phone support? If so, please tell me more about it so I can check if there is an ongoing investigation.

If you're already calling within the appropriate schedule, but still having no luck in connecting to an expert, we can try some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this. Begin by accessing your account using a private browser. This helps determine if it's the browser that's causing the issue.

 

If this works, please go back to your default browser and clear it's cache. Doing this will eliminate unnecessary data and refreshed the program. You can also try other supported browser to be thorough.

 

Another option is to use our QuickBooks Online test drive and follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click this link. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
