Good Afternoon! i want to ask you about quickbooks How do I delete everything in my QuickBooks and start over?

If your QuickBooks Online data is less than 90 days, you'll have the option to purge your account. The system deletes all data so you'll able to start from scratch. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Change the URL to include /purgecompany
    Example: Change https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  3. The next screen will provide a summary of the items to delete. Type YES to delete the data, then select OK.

 

On the other hand, if your account is 90 days old or older, you'll have to cancel your current subscription and start a new company.

 

Like this:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the  Gear ⚙ icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click on Cancel.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

 

After you cancel your account, you may now select your plan and enter your user ID and password.

If you are using QBO Simple Start or your account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank account and cancel the old one.
