If you are trying to view the unmatched transaction under the Banking section, @sikiru. Please follow the steps below, and I'll show you how to do it within QuickBooks Online.

In many financial software applications, when you unmatched a transaction that has previously matched with another, it typically goes back to the For Review tab or section. It allows you to review the transaction again and potentially compare it with a different one or modify its details.

Nonetheless, you are referring to the Chart of Accounts section; you can also view the transaction from the View Register and filter some details to see it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and click the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select your account, and click View Register.
  3. Tick the Filter dropdown section, then choose specific details in the Reconcile statusTransaction typePayee, and Date.
  4. Hit Apply button.
