Hi there, @ffaq.

I'd like to provide you with some insights into how bank accounts reflect on the Banking page.

Before we proceed, can you kindly provide additional information about where you manually entered your transactions in QuickBooks? Please know that using methods such as invoices, sales receipts, bills, checks, or expenses for adding transactions won't display your bank information on the Banking page. To achieve this, you can either link your accounts to online banking or manually upload your transactions using CSV files.

Let's delve into the process of connecting your bank or credit card accounts:

  1. Head over to the Bookkeeping section and select Transactions.
  2. In the Bank transactions tab, click Connect account.
  3. Input your bank's URL or name in the Search field, then proceed to select your bank.
  4. Provide your sign-in credentials in the Login and Password fields, and continue by clicking Continue.
  5. Choose the account that you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown ▼. Then, click Next.
  6. Select your account type on the Account type ▼ drop-down list, then click Next.
  7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts ▼ dropdown, then select Next.
  8. Click Connect and select Done.

For comprehensive instructions, refer to this resource:: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Once your transactions find their way into QuickBooks, the next step is to match and categorise them. These transactions will be incorporated into your accounts after your review.
