Let's get into the details of the factors influencing bank connectivity and the turnaround time for requesting your bank account for online banking in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ruknalbaraka.

Please know that the ability to connect your bank account depends on the agreement between your bank and Intuit. Some banks may restrict third-party access to specific account types. For these reasons, we cannot provide an exact timeline for when your bank account will be approved for online banking.

In the meantime, you'll want to consider manually uploading your bank transactions to ensure your financial data remains up-to-date. To do that:

    1. Identify and note the date of the oldest existing transaction in the account to avoid entering duplicates.
    2. Log in to your bank's website to download the bank transactions. Then, review the file and ensure it's in the correct format.
    3. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
    4. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
    5. Click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file.
    6. Choose either Drag and Drop or Select files, then select the file you downloaded from your bank.
    7. Click Continue. Follow the onscreen steps to proceed.

Once the connection is established, you can match and categorise your transactions to ensure they're recorded in the correct accounts.
