Hello there, mlennox80.

We can link your bank account into QuickBooks using a web browser. Let me guide you how:

  1. Select Banking or Transactions from the left menu.
  2. Click Link account at the upper-right.
  3. Search your bank or use the correct URL when you log in to your bank's website and paste it in the field.
  4. Enter your bank's username and password.
  5. Select the type of account and how far back you want to download bank transactions.
  6. Click Connect.

Once done, click the Update button to refresh the connectivity between your bank's website and to update the transactions recorded in the bank feed. Then, double-check if the data reflects in the QBO app. If not, we can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If the same thing happens, I would suggest contacting our support team to check the setup and to investigate this behavior. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go directly to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact us button and enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Hit the Let's talk.
  4. Select Get a callback. Afterward, someone will call you a few moments from the time you've submitted your information.

I'll also added this article on how to manage downloaded transactions in QuickBooks:
