Hi, I want to remove my private PayPal account and add the business account. Can you help me please?

I'll share some information about adding a business account. 

One company file is equivalent to one subscription. We'll need to sign-up for a new QuickBooks Online account to create another account for your business.

I'd like to verify if you've connected your PayPal account via online banking aside from the PayPal app. If so, you may disconnect or turn off the Sync with PayPal app through the Apps menu and then replace the business account. 

Before you proceed with the process, here are a few things to remember:

• If you disconnect an account from online banking, it stays active. However, QBO stops downloading new transactions.
• Ensure to add and match all the pending transactions on the Banking page. This is because disconnecting an account will delete any transactions in the For Review tab. If they're older than 90 days, you won't be able to download them into QuickBooks again.
