Hi, we are trying to connect UNION BANK OF INDIA internet banking for bank syncrinising process, kindly resolve our issue , as we need quickly.

I'll help you connect your account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Before we proceed, can you share with me if you get any error messages when connecting your account? This way, I'll be able to check our records here if there are any reported cases.

 

If you didn't receive any error messages, you can try signing in to your bank’s website to check if everything is working on their end. 

 

You may also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

 

Once done, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect your account, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache and cookies. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
