From your description, I can tell you want to generate a bank reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll gladly guide you on doing this below.

 

Each time you finish reconciling, QuickBooks automatically generates a reconciliation report for that session. It summarises your beginning and ending balances and your list of cleared and uncleared transactions. To pull up one, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Business overview and select Reports or go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type Reconciliation in the Find report by name search bar.
  3. Select Reconciliation Reports.
  4. Choose the Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.
  5. From the Report period dropdown arrow, choose the reconcile period.
  6. Select View Report.
